"Beware: Complete Scam and Fraudsters, they loot in the name of krishn Recently my brother availed tour service through vrindavan mathura tourism, we found there website on google and later enquired, at first there was prompt response an agent was assigned he sweet talked about the tour service and experience provided, and at first we were satisfied with the overall program but later reality was totally different. The driver assigned to us arrived late at station and they had to wait for 30 min just because of negligence of the driver he was unaware about the platforms. Later when we reached hotel, check in was forfeited, and again my family had to wait just so that they could get confirmation from company’s end. The first experience decides everything but still my family patiently cooperated. There was no direct operational support but again they managed to get the check in. Later as per itinerary gokul mandir sightseeing was there when my family reached there, the company did not provided a professional guide but a local pandit who was very unprofessional and made my family donate unwillingly under pressure. And when they refused to pay he left them stranded. The driver was not aware about the local timings of temples from gokul when they reached ramanreti temple it was already closed so the driver took them to mathura where he dropped them near a boat asking only boat are advised to reach shri dwarka temple and later on the boat guy began demanding ₹3000 rupees and when we enquired locally we were astonished to find that local rikshaw can go till temple as a very budget friendly option, it was just driver commission that is why he insisted upon taking us boat. Then next day, the guide in vrindavan was good he helped through darshan in a very good manner. We again had to pay for rickshaw charge in Vrindavan which was once again a heavy amount of 1500 but it was justified as the vehicles could not go till temple.. on goverdhan barsana day the driver again asked us to book rickshaw for goverdhan parikrama for 1800 and when we reached barsana he dropped us 2 km before just to save his parking charges for which we again had to book another rickshaw for 300 (bike charges for temple aside) which seem so inconvenient. My family return back last month from this tour and I was unable to find there profile, but seeing other reviews it justifies they are either fake or paid. Or it was with us there services felt short. The only good thing about this tour was Vrindavan guide who was friendly and professional, otherwise they need to work more on their operations and coordinations as drivers, guides, hotel arrangements this is what a customer pays for and doesn’t expects so much hidden surprises."

"We travelled Agra, Mathura, Vrindavan and Barsana through this tourism. Excellently arranged, flexible to our requirements and well scheduled. It was a personal package, the driver was well conversant with routes and timings of temples. Driving was very safe. He guided us well, was polite and very friendly. We enjoyed a lot. Tourism person was also following our trip at every stage and was giving tips."

"We booked the VIP Darshan facility through Vrindavan Mathura Tourism and they urgently helped us within 1 hour and helped us do Darshan. We did not face any crowd or other issue. And we did Darshan really well. They helped us though crowd and helped us from start to end. Also they did not ask us to pay or donate anything and got us prashaad as well."

"We booked a 3-day Mathura Vrindavan tour with Vrindavan Mathura Tourism, and honestly, it was one of the best travel experiences we’ve had. Everything was well-organized, from the darshan to the sightseeing, and the team took great care of us throughout the trip. We really enjoyed every moment and felt truly connected with the spiritual vibes of Mathura and Vrindavan. A big thank you to Vrindavan Mathura Tourism for making our journey so smooth and memorable. We’ve already recommended them to our friends and family who are planning to visit, and we’ll definitely choose them again in the future. Highly recommended!"

"Trip Covered: Gokul – Mathura – Vrindavan – Barsana (2D/1N) Handler: Priyanshu Driver: Ankush The overall experience was mixed. While the itinerary itself covered all major spiritual destinations and the tour handler was responsive and respectful, the execution on ground — especially the driver behavior and hotel arrangement — significantly impacted the experience. A spiritual trip should feel peaceful and transparent, not stressful or exploitative. Only positives I could find: 1. Tour Handler (I guess Priyanshu on phone ending with 04160) Priyanshu handled coordination well whenever concerns were raised. He was respectful, responsive, and tried to address issues when escalated. His behavior reflected professionalism and care. 2. Places Covered: The itinerary itself was well designed and covered: Gokul Mathura (Dwarkadhish Temple, Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi) Vrindavan (Banke Bihari Ji, Nidhivan, Govind Mandir) Barsana (Radha Rani Temple) The spiritual aspect of the trip was fulfilling despite operational challenges. Major Issues (Serious Concerns): 1. Driver behavior – Highly unprofessional The driver (Ankush) was the biggest drawback of this trip. He was consistently unhelpful, misleading, and appeared to enable or support overcharging by local vendors instead of protecting customers. Delhi → Gokul delay Pickup was on time (8:15 AM from Greater Noida) Reached Gokul around 12–12:30 PM for what is normally a ~2.5 hour drive Reason: Driver waited over 1 hour at a toll because his FASTag was blacklisted and he did not want to pay double toll, making customers wait unnecessarily. This is unacceptable and shows poor professionalism. He also mentioned having same problem the earlier day and could have either solved it before hand or did it later instead of making us wait for such a long time for his purpose. 2. Gokul guide donation pressure The local guide in Gokul explained places well, but the experience was overshadowed by emotional pressure tactics around donations using fear, guilt, or “loss” narratives. Donations should always be presented as optional, not pushed aggressively. This may not be directly controlled by the tour company, but better guidelines and partner selection are needed. 3. Mathura – Attempted boat scam At Bengal Ghat, the driver directed us to a boat operator claiming: - ₹650 per person for shared boat - ₹2800 for a private boat (later reduced to ₹1500 after pushback) When asked about walking, autos, or buggies, the driver falsely claimed no such options exist or roads and mocked publicly available YouTube prices (₹80–₹100), saying “I’ve never seen such prices.” In reality: - Walking routes exist which I used to walk to the temple. - Autos and buggies are available. I personally returned from the temple using an auto This felt like a clear attempt to scam, facilitated by the driver. Very disappointing to see this at a religious destination. 4. Vrindavan stay – Extremely poor hotel experience The hotel provided (“The Vrindavan Inn, Rukmini Vihar”) was unacceptable and not even close to a 3-star standard: Extremely small room with barely walking space, Broken TV unit lying on the floor, Damaged walls, unclean washroom, No heater available in winter. Restaurant issues: Guests were not allowed to sit inside due to a private birthday party. Forced to order room service. No food available except party menu items. This left us with no dinner option at the hotel. We decided to check out immediately and book another hotel. The hotel manager later promised not to charge us, but the package handler confirmed we were charged anyway raising trust concerns. 5. Transport issues on Day 2 (Vrindavan) Driver claimed road closures and said cars couldn’t go to Banke Bihari temple. He arranged an auto that quoted: He also spoke to someone by the time we came and that auto guy was asking for below cost: - ₹1200 for multiple temple visits - ₹500+ per person just for drop-off Hotel manager confirmed actual prices: - ₹20 per person (shared) instead of 650 - ₹100–₹150 for full auto instead of 1200"
